About the Role:
KARS AGENCY INC is looking for a motivated and driven Licensed P&C Sales Professional to join our growing team in Wilmington, DE. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts
- Consult with clients to assess their property and casualty insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Quote, bind, and process P&C insurance policies accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strong client relationship management
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must be located in or able to commute to Wilmington, DE
